Master Chen will teach Chan Si Gong (Silk Reeling Exercises) and basics of the Chen style fajin (explosive power release).
The Silk Reeling exercises are important in the
development of the qi flow in the
body and ultimately they help to develop Chan
Si Jin - silk reeling energy - the core of Taijiquan. These spiralling,
coiling movements exercise all joints, help to develop connections within the
body and also train dantian rotation.
The skill of fajin
is difficult to acquire and Master Chen's instruction and hands-on help can be
invaluable. Suitable for all levels of
experience.
